Headquartered in Bedford, Nova Scotia, the company provides strategic advisory services to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, educational institutions, and individuals seeking opportunities in both countries.
Established in 2016, PTT was founded on a simple principle: successful international ventures require more than knowledge—they require trusted relationships, practical experience, and a deep understanding of both markets. Over the years, PTT has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service, helping organizations and individuals navigate complex cross-border opportunities with confidence.
Leadership Built on International Experience
PTT is led by David (Quang Tuy) Dinh, an experienced Canadian business consultant and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). His career combines government, private-sector, and international consulting experience, giving clients access to practical insights that few consulting firms can offer.
Before founding PTT, David served for more than a decade as a Canadian Trade Commissioner in Vietnam, where he assisted Canadian companies in identifying business opportunities, expanding into new markets, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting trade and investment between Canada and Vietnam. This experience provided firsthand knowledge of international commerce, government relations, and cross-cultural business development. The role of Canada's Trade Commissioner Service is to help Canadian businesses expand internationally through market intelligence, business connections, and strategic advice.
Earlier in his career, David spent nearly ten years with Reuters (now Thomson Reuters), developing expertise in information services, business operations, customer relations, and international business environments.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Central State University in Los Angeles, an Immigration Consultant Diploma from Ashton College in British Columbia, and professional training from the Canadian Foreign Service Institute in Ottawa.
